Berkeley Office

Research Analyst

EPS's Berkeley, California office is seeking to fill the full-time position of Research Analyst. The research analyst will work under the direction of project managers to support the preparation of analyses related to real estate feasibility, public finance, fiscal and economic impacts, land use policy, revitalization/redevelopment, and regional economic development.

The position requires a bachelor degree in land economics or related field, facility in computer spreadsheets, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Experience in public finance, land use policy, economic development, and real estate feasibility analysis is very helpful. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
