EPS Berkeley is seeking a candidate to fill a full-time Senior Associate Consultant position. Senior Associate Consultants work as a member of a team to complete consulting assignments, often serving as project manager. They work with a range of analytical methods and computer models related to real estate feasibility, revitalization / redevelopment, public finance, fiscal and economic impacts, land use policy, and regional economic development. They are evaluated on their ability to plan and execute multiple projects and manage their time accordingly to meet client needs and deadlines. They are able to successfully represent the Firm in client interactions, public presentations, and marketing efforts.

of real estate feasibility, fiscal/public finance, land use policy, revitalization/redevelopment,
regional economic development, and other analyses under the direction of project
managers. Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Planning, Public Policy, Urban Studies,
or Business; consulting experience also preferred but not required. Facility
in computer applications (e.g., Excel, Dbase, word processing) and strong
analytical and writing skills are a must. This is a challenging position offering professional development and a stimulating
environment to the individual with the right skills and an interest in the
interplay between economics and public policy in the development of urban
