The City of Denver has become a real draw for millennials (people between the age of 25 to 35 years old). Between 2009-14, the city had the highest net annual migration gain of this age cohort of any metropolitan area in the United States. The New York Times reports that Denver has “become a millennial magnet” and that the city appeals to millennials for more reasons than its mountains, beer and weed. Matt Prosser, a vice president of EPS, says Denver’s transit system was a “central component” in the area’s ability to draw millennials. Read more here
