EPS has been retained by Los Angeles County as part of a multidisciplinary team to assist in developing a Master Plan for UCLA-Harbor medical center campus (Harbor-UCLA campus). EPS’s primary responsibility is to evaluate the economic impacts of the existing Harbor-UCLA campus and the implications of various Master Plan scenarios. The Harbor-UCLA campus includes the hospital and support facilities as well as private tenants such as the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute.
