EPS prepared Rocklin Unified School District's 1999 Facilities Master Plan based on new development and funding information. EPS prepared the last Master Plan in 1997. The update includes new enrollment and development projections, as well as updated facilities and cost information for new construction and modernization. The Master Plan enables the District to schedule and finance both modernization and new facilities projects.
