Anisha Gade joined EPS as an Associate in 2018, bringing professional experience in community and economic development, regional economic and demographic forecasting, real estate market analysis, mapping and analysis, and urban design. Her experience spans redevelopment initiatives, public-private partnerships, transit-oriented development, and urban placemaking projects. She is particularly interested in mixed methods approaches that draw on quantitative as well as qualitative datasets.

Anisha holds a Masters in City Planning and a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her Bachelors in International Relations and Economics at American University. Continuing her interest in academic research, she is a member of the Society for American City and Regional Planning History and the Vernacular Architecture Forum. Her research interests include Silicon Valley’s historical development, immigration, and the changing demographics of American suburbs.
