Chinmay joined EPS’s Los Angeles office in 2021 as an Associate. He brings academic and professional experience in land use, real estate economics, and California environmental review. His professional interests include sustainability, economic development, affordable housing, and community development.

Chinmay holds a Master of Urban Planning degree with a concentration in economic development from University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Earth System Science from the University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the American Planning Association.
