Christian Carroll, Associate, joined EPS in 2023 after nearly five years of public planning work with the City of Novi and DeWitt Charter Township in Michigan. Christian has a broad range of professional experience including site plan review, environmental protection, and housing policy. Christian has a passion for housing equity, community and economic development, and sustainability.

Christian earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Grand Valley State University in 2018. Christian also has earned two certificates, a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Grand Valley State University in 2018 and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Michigan in 2023. Outside of work, Christian enjoys cycling, listening to music, and traveling.
