Claire Desser recently joined EPS’s Oakland team in 2016 as a Research Analyst. She has a passion for sustainable urban planning and seeks to facilitate practical solutions for the mutual benefit of humans and their natural environment. While working at Environmental and Energy Consulting in Sacramento, she was exposed to the consulting and policy world, with a particular emphasis on transportation issues and climate adaptation planning. At the California Energy Commission, she conducted intricate research and gained experience in economic modeling, Cost-Benefit Analyses, and other quantitative impact studies.
Claire graduated from University of California, Davis in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics.
