Peter Cheng serves as a Vice President for EPS. He has specific expertise with regional economic analysis, economic development strategic planning, workforce development, market analysis, commercial revitalization, industrial development, and economic impact analysis.  Peter joined EPS’ Sacramento office in 2022 after working for more than 25 years with Applied Development Economics (ADE), and successfully managed numerous projects in all areas of the firm’s economic development practice. He has also developed models for analyzing retail markets and completed more than 200 economic impact studies for clients in the EB-5 immigrant investor program.

Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
