Rosanna Ren joined EPS in 2021. Her prior consulting work focused on evaluating utility energy programs and completing technical analyses of energy efficiency data. Her interests include climate and sustainability, housing, transportation policy, and economic development.

She has a dual Masters in Urban and Regional Planning and Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan. Her graduate research includes electric vehicle adoption in low-income communities and municipal carbon pricing program design. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley.
