EPS evaluated the market for retail, recreational, cultural, visitor-serving and residential uses in the Town Center of Fountain Hills. The results of the market analysis were used to guide the size, scale, and mix of uses included in the Town Center Master Plan. EPS also provided recommendations to strengthen the performance of local retailers.
