River Delta Unified School District spreads across Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo counties, all in the midst of unprecedented growth. EPS has been an active partner in helping the District plan for its student population -- creating and maintaining a long-term Facilities Master Plan, a ten-year school facility financing plan, and helping the District to implement the maximum development impact fees allowed by State law. EPS has analyzed school modernization needs, student enrollment projections, and maintenance costs; facilitated state funding and joint use funding arrangements; and supported the District in State Allocation Board decisions.
