EPS and Rocklin Unified School District (RUSD) have been working together for more than 15 years, finding creative ways to finance the growing need for school facilities. EPS prepared RUSD's Long-Range Facilities Master Plan and assisted in the formation of Mello-Roos CFDs No. 1 and No. 2 to finance construction of several public schools. EPS assisted in getting additional G.O. Bonds issued to complete the new high school. EPS continues to provide technical assistance with fee nexus studies, annual tax reports, and informing decisions related to site acquisition and disbursement. RUSD has achieved an outstanding reputation in the region.
