Carson joined EPS as a Research Analyst in the summer of 2019. Prior to joining EPS, Carson was on a Fulbright teaching fellowship in Nuremberg, Germany and interned at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. His interests include community and economic development, economic mobility, affordable housing, and transit policy.
Carson graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Economics and in German. During his undergraduate tenure, he gained significant experience with economic analysis, urban economics, and real estate. He was also involved in student consulting for the University’s Real Estate Society. In his spare time, Carson likes to hike, listen to music, and roam around cities.
