Our consultants come from diverse academic backgrounds, including economics and planning but also public policy, business, environmental design, geography, biology, and psychology, among others. EPS partners with the Construction Industry Workforce Initiative (CIWI) to provide internship opportunities in our Oakland, Sacramento, and Denver offices. CIWI works with employers in real estate, development, construction, design, and related industries to provide paid professional experience for students of color, most of whom are first-generation college attendees. Through this internship and in partnership with CIWI, EPS is committed to providing direct work experience, mentorship, and personal, educational, and career development opportunities.
