EPS in collaboration with MIG, Inc., worked with Downtown Tulsa Partnership, alongside PartnerTulsa, and the City of Tulsa, to develop Downtown Tulsa Forward, a strategic investment plan and Tulsa’s first downtown-wide planning effort since 2010.
