Chinmay is an urban planner with previous experience in environmental review and land use planning. He enjoys working on community development and revitalization projects that have tangible impacts. The range of project practice areas include housing policy, fiscal and economic impact analyses, and economic development.

Prior to joining EPS’s Los Angeles office in 2021, Chinmay received a Master’s in Urban Planning (MUP) and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Earth System Science from the University of California, Irvine. In his spare time, Chinmay enjoys playing tennis, reading, and exploring Los Angeles’s vibrant food scene.
