As Office Manager, Helena Soister is the general administrator for the Denver EPS office. She prepares contracts for projects; applies for project insurance certificates; establishes and controls lists and contact information of all applicants; processes invoices, credit cards, organization memberships for the consultants, and registration with government bid sites; prepares materials for Pronghorn tax filing and account managing; makes travel arrangements; resolves engineering, maintenance, and furnishing issues for the Denver office; and other responsibilities. She also edits, proofreads, and formats reports, proposals, and other documents. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism.
