As Office Manager, Helena Soister performs general administration duties for the Denver EPS office, processes invoices, credit cards, organization memberships for the consultants, and registration with government bid sites; prepares materials for Pronghorn tax filing and account managing; prepares contracts for projects; tracks proposal deadlines; applies for project insurance certificates; establishes and controls lists and contact information of all applicants; makes travel arrangements; and other responsibilities. In addition, she edits, proofreads, and formats reports, proposals, and other documents.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism.
