Jenny finds fulfillment by using her varied experience in real estate economics to assist clients in improving urban spaces. While proficient in all of EPS’s core competencies, she is most excited when tackling complex projects with various stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. She brings a thorough understanding of market dynamics to each project, adopting an approach that blends data-driven analysis, pragmatism, and effective client and stakeholder engagement. Jenny's favorite aspect of her job is working with a diverse clientele to continuously advance her understanding of the world around her.  

Jenny joined EPS in 2014 and, after a brief hiatus, returned in 2022. During her time away, she expanded her expertise in real estate economics by furthering her education, gaining experience in local government, and working for a development company specializing in infill housing. She holds a BA in Urban Planning and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!).

Outside of working with spreadsheets, she enjoys exploring her creative side through the tactile art of ceramics. She also loves living in the beautiful city of San Francisco, spending time with her partner, and doting on their two feline companions.
