Matt is passionate about shaping communities in which he works by providing data-based solutions to achieve tangible outcomes. He is an economist and planner who has completed numerous projects in all of EPS’s practice areas throughout the United States. Matt excels at strategic implementation to support comprehensive and subarea plans and downtown revitalization.

Matt joined EPS in 2007 while completing his Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning program at the University of Colorado, Denver. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In his free time, Matt likes to be outdoors with his kids skiing, hiking, or running. He has completed a handful of half marathons and is training to bag his first full.
