Since joining EPS in 2023, Nate has served as a project manager and technical analyst on a wide range of assignments, including infrastructure finance, fiscal and economic impact analysis, real estate and socioeconomic market analysis, and economic development and housing policy. He specializes in preparing Benefit-Cost Analyses (BCAs) to support grant applications for public infrastructure and transportation projects. While much of Nate's experience is concentrated in the Sacramento region and California's Central Valley, he has also worked for clients in Southern California, Texas, Ohio, Virginia, Missouri, and Illinois.
Nate earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Pitzer College, where he captained the Pomona-Pitzer Colleges baseball team. Outside of work, Nate enjoys golfing, following the St. Louis Cardinals, the seventh inning stretch, and exploring the western United States with his dog, Tony.
