Rosanna Ren brings a passion for the built environment and analytical proficiency to planning projects that promote economic development and equitable communities. Recent projects have focused on workforce housing strategies and plans, inclusionary housing feasibility studies, and general plan updates. She enjoys projects that combine creative thinking and solutions with thoughtful data presentation and research.

Rosanna joined EPS as an Associate in 2021. She has worked with a variety of public and private clients on economic development strategies, fiscal impact analyses, and housing policy. She has expertise in survey creation and analysis, geographic information systems, and data visualization.

Rosanna has a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning and Master’s in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan, and completed her undergraduate education at UC Berkeley. Prior to EPS, she developed her quantitative and research skills in the clean energy sector, consulting for utilities and government agencies on energy efficiency. She grew up in the East  Bay and enjoys its many vibrant neighborhoods and nature hikes. Outside of EPS, she enjoys cooking new recipes, visiting art museums, and solving the New York Times puzzles.
