EPS has supported multiple phases of planning and implementation for the Sacramento Valley Station district, one of Northern California’s most significant transit-oriented development opportunities. Centered around the region’s primary multimodal transportation hub, the project seeks to transform underutilized land into a vibrant mixed-use district integrating mobility, employment, housing, and public spaces.
EPS provided market analysis, development feasibility evaluation, infrastructure funding strategies, and fiscal impact assessments to guide redevelopment planning and implementation. The team worked closely with public agencies and project partners to evaluate development capacity, identify infrastructure requirements, and establish financing mechanisms needed to support long-term growth.
The project establishes a framework for leveraging Sacramento Valley Station as a catalyst for economic development while strengthening regional connectivity and creating new opportunities for housing, employment, and investment.
