EPS provided economic and fiscal impact analysis for the Tahoe Blue Event Center, a major investment intended to strengthen the South Shore’s position as a year-round destination for conventions, entertainment, sports, and community events.
The analysis evaluated the direct, indirect, and induced economic benefits associated with construction and ongoing operations of the facility. EPS estimated visitor spending, tax revenue generation, employment impacts, and broader economic contributions resulting from increased event activity and tourism demand.
The findings demonstrated how a modern event venue could support economic diversification, increase visitation during shoulder seasons, and enhance the region’s tourism infrastructure while generating long-term benefits for local businesses and public agencies.
